By 2010 it is expected that Peruvian production of fruit juices will grow 12, 3% and the exports 23, 9%, because of the dynamism of new markets and revival of traditional markets in the context of reversal of the international crisis. Imports will grow 6, 8% by the need for inputs (concentrates, fruit, etc.) to be combined with increased domestic production of fruits. The great diversity of fruits, soils and microclimates of the country offer a wide variety of flavors that enhances the industry supply.
